I am not posting the recipe just yet, because while today’s crullers were much better than yesterdays, they are not perfected yet. They had a really nice flavor, and they were doughy on the inside, but the crullers I remember were more textured. So, it is back to the drawing board. I’m not sure if I am going to make them again tomorrow, crullers for three days straight kind of seems like a heart attack waiting to happen. But never fear, they will be back soon, and hopefully closer to perfection.
