This was delicious! It is almost a shame that they are so easy, but don’t tell your guests that.
- 2 pounds fresh cranberries
- 4 cups light brown sugar
- 1/2 c brandy (her recipe calls for apricot brandy, but I used regular and it was wonderful as well)
- Combine ingredients in a large pan. Cook over medium-low heat until most of the the berries have burst, stirring frequently. About 30 minutes.
- Serve warm
