I’m almost done. This has gone by so much quicker than the normal method; the only problem is that it isn’t near as technically perfect as it is when I do things in the “right” way. I’m accepting that you can’t have both quick and perfect, although it has taken me about 12 hours to gain that level of serenity.
The quit looks lovely, and should make a very fun little boy’s quilt. Unfortunately the rows curve in a bit, and one side is a touch longer than the other.
All that’s left now is to sew on the binding and the label and I’ll be done.
